Belly Bolly Yoga

Monday Evenings@ Hillside Community Centre, Stowmarket
 

The popular ‘Belly Bolly Yoga’ classes which use Belly dance for toning, Bollywood for some light cardio, and Yoga/Pilates for stretching at the end.

7.30 – 9pm

This gentler fitness class uses a combination of belly dance techniques with Qigong to create a low impact but effective toning class.

chair mobility

A chair-based (with standing options for the more mobile) exercise class for those of limited mobility. All ages and wheelchair users are welcome. The 40 minute session will end with a cuppa and chat.

11th December  'Cabaret with Hat' Some festive, saucy fun with a hat as prop.

January 8th 'New Year Detox'  A combination of belly dancing and yoga to detox after festivities

January 22nd  'Iranian Pop'  another chance to learn last year's graceful Iranian routine

February 5th 'Kind to Spine'  a combination of yoga and belly dance to stretch and strengthen the spine

February 19th 'Bolly Ballet'  a lovely fusion of ballet and Bollywood from a previous workshop

March 5th 'Booty Power'  Using the awesome force of buttocks for some great hip action

March 19th 'Chorus Line-Belly dance style'  High kicks and high hips

April 2nd 'Gypsy' . Time for skirt flourishing.
