The posture Clinic and 

Alison has been a belly dancer and fitness teacher for over 18 years through her company Bellycise, as well as being  a yoga practitioner for more than 20 years. Her particular area of interest is  posture, core muscles strength and breathing techniques. These skills help to realign the body, easing common problems such as back, neck and shoulder pain. 

Alison is also trained in massage, both sports and Swedish, and likes to combine all her fitness and massage skills into  powerful healing techniques for long-term aches and pains through her work at The Posture Clinic
